2. Vex
3. 5-stack Bolt of Depravity

Cooldown block
For most encounters, the first Flaring Power comes early (10-15 seconds in). Proceed with normal priorities, and when Flaring Power becomes active you will begin your cooldown block. The cooldown block will look something like this: Cooldown Bod(macro)>Nysyr's Rebuke, 1x spam macro, BoD {Radical Coalescence}> Cooldown BoD(macro)> Nysyr's Rebuke. Do not ignore your dots during the cooldown block. For example, if Scourge/Vex fall off during a Nysyr's, re-apply them before continuing. After your second Nysyr's Rebuke you will have Sanction Heretic already applied. Instead of using the spam macro, while SH is still up use your Bolt of Retribution skill by itself. Also notice that Fanaticism is only ever used on a BoD before Nysyr's Rebuke. Do not waste it outside of the cooldown block, or directly on Nysyr's Rebuke.
Afterwards, continue on with your normal priorities.
Other skill explanations
Soul Drain: this is a very efficient aoe skill. What I mean by this is it does not subtract much from your ST dps provided there are multiple targets, and in best case scenarios it will add to your ST dps.
Judicial Privelege: this is a very nice runspeed increase which also heals you when you are hit. At your discretion you can reserve it for particular mechanics where runspeed is helpful, or you may reserve it for when multiple healers are dead and the goal is to survive as long as possible.
Harsh Discipline: Damaging channel which also self-heals. If Judicial Privilege is down and your healers are dead, use this to survive a tiny bit longer.
Loathsome Restoration: Healing ability; it may proc your weapon/trinket healing effects. If healers are dead you can be a gimped backup healer.
Confound: ranged Interrupt, but not as easy as a melee interrupt since a lot of the time you will be in the middle of a BoR cast.
Circle of Oblivion: not very good dps, but it's your best option when there are 5 mobs and Soul Drain is unavailable.
Miscellaneous
If your current encounter is melee-friendly, consider standing in melee. Shroud of Agony is some nice passive dps. However, if it's "too" melee friendly, you should consider learning/running 61 Shaman. The dps gain is noticeable.
In terms of itemization, you should prioritize CP gear over SP gear of the same tier. Crit-rate in this build is 40%+, even on a lesser-geared character.
When using crit pots, save it for direcrtly after your cooldown BoD. It's a force-crit and therefore gains no bonus from a crit potion.
This build is sufficient for many solo needs, and is great for farming Lycini rep on lvl 50 rifts in Pelladane. Dot mobs up, Soul Drain them, and for each boss stage you can burn your Nysyr's Rebuke.
